So I have made 2 cakes so far, The first was pretty much a disaster and I had no idea what I was doing. Then I made one with Fondant for New Years Eve. It also is a little sketchy. It took Gabe and I forever to roll out the Fondant it kept sticking to the counter. But it turned out okay. It tastes okay too but you wouldn't want to eat a bunch of it. Gabe just kind of peeled it off his piece of cake. It says 2009 if you can't tell.
