A few weeks ago I decided that I needed a hobby. No better way to find one then go to Hobby Lobby, so Gabe and I went and walked up and down each row. I finally decided that I was going to learn how to paint. I bought some paint and a little how to mix color book and off I went. I was on my way to becoming an artist. I have painted two pictures, I think they came out alright for my first ones, but I think my new hobby is going to drive Gabe crazy because I keep asking him over and over if they look alright or if I need to fix something. Who knows maybe one day you will see my work in a store and we will be rich flying all over the world to art shows and such. I know big dream, but you never know. Gabe still dreams about being in the NBA or NFL. To all other Ryan Shuppe Fans you know the song: DREAM BIG

Okay this is my last post for the day. I am new at this so I am trying to get it all figured out. Cosmo is our bigger dog named after the BYU mascot, Chief is our little dog named after the Kansas City Chiefs. We got cosmo when she was little and then she got big and I wanted a small dog so of course we got another one. Just one super cute family. I try to make them wear cute doggie clothes but Gabe is against it. I think its cute. They keep us busy, but unlike children when they are bad or we are bored of them we can put them outside or in their cages. So Life is pretty good.

Check out my Slide Show!

Gabe and I lived in Cincinnati over the summer time to work and then moved to Lubbock Texas in the fall for Gabe to go to Texas Tech. Things have worked out well for us here. We moved into our very own house in Janurary. It needs a few flowers and maybe a paint job, but it is ours and we love it. I am working at a retirement living community as the Wellness Coordintor, who knew I would actually use my degree. Gabe is doing pretty well in school. We made a bet that if his GPA wasn't up to par this semester no football watching next season. Lets just say he studies a lot more.

We are pretty great for each other
Both a couple of big kids (okay so maybe I'm not that big)

Gabe and I just celebrated our One year Anniversay. We were married March 9th, 2007 in Louisville Ky. I can't believe that it has been a whole year. We are still in love so I guess it has been a successful year.
We met at EFY the summer of 2006 in Ohio and went on to do three more sessions together. We continued to date back in Utah and got engaged over Thanksgiving Break in Kansas City. The wedding was wonderful, except the whole me getting lost with Lachelle and Tami, and ending up in Lexington and also Gabe forgetting the marriage license in Cincinnati and having to go get a new one. All in all we only started about an hour late. And it was a beautiful day with friends and family and we were married for Time and all Eternity, so I guess it was perfect.
